By accessing or using theoldschoolai.in or enrolling in any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or creating an account.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Platform, purchasing any course or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and purchase courses
Users under 18 may access the platform only with explicit parental consent
Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
One account per person — sharing accounts is strictly prohibited
Notify us immediately at hello@theoldschoolai.in of any unauthorized account access
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Course Enrollment & Access

Upon successful purchase you receive lifetime access to the course content including all future updates on mobile, tablet and desktop.

Payments & Pricing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay — India's most trusted payment gateway. We never store your card details.

Currency — All prices are in Indian Rupee (₹ INR)
Payment Methods — UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking and Wallets
GST — Applicable as per Indian tax regulations
Pricing Changes — Prices may change; already enrolled students are not affected

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked full refund on all courses. Not satisfied for any reason? Contact us within 7 days for a complete refund.

Request within 7 days of purchase and less than 30% of course content accessed

❌ Not Eligible

Request after 7 days, more than 30% content consumed, or certificate already issued

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
To request a refund email hello@theoldschoolai.in with your order ID
Coupon or discount purchases are refunded at the actual amount paid

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including course videos, slides, templates, graphics, logos and certificates is the exclusive intellectual property of TheOldSchoolAI.

You may not reproduce, distribute or resell any course content without written permission
Screenshots or recordings of course videos are strictly prohibited
Our brand name and logo may not be used without prior written permission
Violations may result in legal action under Indian Copyright Act 1957

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our Platform:

Sharing account credentials — immediate account termination
Reselling or redistributing course content — legal action and account ban
Attempting to hack or disrupt the Platform — legal action under IT Act
Fraudulent chargebacks — account ban and recovery action
Abusive behaviour towards instructors or other students — account suspension

Certificates

A verified certificate of completion is issued upon successfully finishing all lessons in a course. The certificate is issued in your registered name.

Certificates may be added to your LinkedIn profile and resume
TheOldSchoolAI certificates are not government-recognised qualifications
We do not guarantee employment or salary outcomes based on our certificates
Certificate verification available at theoldschoolai.in/verify

Disclaimers

The Platform and all courses are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

AI tools taught in courses are third-party products subject to their own terms
We do not guarantee specific results, income or career outcomes from our courses
Course content reflects best practices at the time of creation — AI evolves rapidly

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.

Disputes will first be resolved amicably within 30 days
The Information Technology Act 2000 and Consumer Protection Act 2019 apply where relevant
Unresolved disputes submitted to arbitration under Indian Arbitration Act
